At Posh and Pretty, we want you to love your shopping experience. Not completely happy with your order? No worries! Our 30-day return policy makes it easy to return or exchange items.
Return and Exchange Guidelines
- Items must be unworn, in new condition, and returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs due to buyer’s remorse.
- We’ll cover return shipping if your item is damaged or incorrect.
How to Return or Exchange
Simply email us at info@poshandprettyboutique.com with your name, order number, and reason for return. For damaged or incorrect items, include a photo to help speed things up. Once we get your return, we’ll process your refund or send out your replacement right away!
Order Cancellations
Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After it ships, it can’t be canceled, but you can return it after delivery.
Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items
If something’s not right with your order, reach out to us with in 7 days! We’ll either send a replacement or give you a full refund, including return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
